This workshop was organised by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) Education Special Interest Group and hosted at The University of Manchester. The one-day event brought together academics and industry professionals to explore the future of chemical engineering education in the context of rapid technological advancements, evolving industry demands, and the growing emphasis on sustainability and digitalisation.

The day began with insightful talks from academics, industry experts, and recent graduates, setting the tone for thoughtful and engaging discussions. This was followed by an interactive, hands-on session aimed at re-imagining the BEng Chemical Engineering curriculum - a dynamic and collaborative activity that encouraged participants to explore how core engineering knowledge and future-ready skills can be effectively integrated.
